Responsibilities
• Communicate effectively with store staff, vendors, and service providers• Implement and maintain store goals, protocols, policies, and procedures• Follow up with patients and caregivers to provide accurate information• Train and mentor managers and store staff on compliance and best practices• Report any product issues or complaints in real-time• Assist with onboarding and training of new Medical Professionals• Follow federal, state, and nursing guidelines and regulations
Requirements
• Hold an active Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner license or Physicians Assistant license• Be a registered medical professional with the Department of Health Office of Medical Marijuana• Pass a comprehensive background check• Complete the Pennsylvania Department of Health 4-Hour CME Course• Strong team management and communication skills• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment• Strong compliance and regulation attitude• Detail-oriented and focused• Proficient in MS Office and navigating multiple software platforms• Knowledge of cannabis• Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and opening/closing shifts
