Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a sharp Medical Receptionist to join the Norwalk branch of a leading dermatology provider with over 20 clinics across Iowa, dedicated to offering exceptional skin care services. The Norwalk branch is a close-knit team, working collaboratively to provide the best patient care. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. You will work closely with 1-2 providers and 1-2 medical support staff members in a small, supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet and check-in patients with a warm and professional demeanor. Schedule and confirm patient appointments. Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries. Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality. Assist with billing and insurance processing. Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth clinic operations. Perform general administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a medical office or customer service role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency with medical office software and systems. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
