The Medical Receptionist is responsible for greeting, registering, and assisting patients in a professional manner, scheduling appointments, obtaining and maintaining registration records and answering phone calls.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of office procedures normally acquired through completion of a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience. One year of business office, customer service or healthcare experience preferred. Computer experience and basic computer keyboarding skills required. Knowledge of medical terminology desirable. Hours: Full-time or 1.0 FTE, 7A-7P M-F, SAT-SUN ROTATION 8A-4P, ROTATION HOLIDAYS 8A-1P.
