LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a professional receptionist to oversee receptionist duties for a medical office in the West Palm Beach area.
Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of work experience in administrative or reception support.
Experience working in non-profits or within the community is a huge plus!
Responsibilities
Greet and direct patients with utmost care and respectAnswer phones, transfer calls, and take messagesSchedule appointmentsVerify insurances and maintain proper records and filesExperience
3-5 years in customer service, reception, or administrative rolesExperience in a non-profit or community office highly preferredHigh School DiplomaSkills
Excellent verbal and written communicationAttention to detailStrong knowledge of Microsoft Suite softwareWork Type
Full Time, Contract to hire, M-F$15 - $16/hr
