**Description** ** _**Now offering a $5K Sign-on Bonus for this position!_****_Summary:_**The LVN, Licensed Vocational Nurse provides primary care to a designated groupof patients under the direction of the Registered Nurse. Assists in thecollection of patient data used to determine nursing needs of the patient.Works with other disciplines to ensure a collaborative approach to the care ofthe patient.Our Medical Surgical department has an average daily census of 14, and amonthly census of about 80-100. We treat patients with a wide variety ofmedical issues including Pneumonia, Cellulitis, COPD, Diabetes, Heart Failure,Renal Failure, Chest Pain and Liver Failure. We are a team that enjoyssupporting each other and working together with a vision. We participate incommunity events to educate our local population on preventive care andcollaborate with city and county leaders to provide the needed resources toour community.
