Job Functions, Duties, Responsibilities and Position Qualifications:The Team Lead Technologist coordinates the work activities of the staff and helps the Senior Medical Technologists and Laboratory Manager ensure the adherence of established policies and procedures as well as the achievement of the goals and objectives of the department and AEL.
