RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Provides customer oriented services to ensure patient safety, satisfaction, care coordination and expedited flow through the healthcare system.
Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree required OR equivalent experience equal to eight (8) years experience beyond the minimum experience required will be accepted in lieu of degree.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Five (5) years experience in practice management, patient care or provider relations role interacting with both patients and physicians to coordinate care.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None.
