PAY RANGE The Target Pay Range for this position is $33.17-$40.53 hourly. The full Pay Range is $25.77-$47.93 hourly. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.
BENEFITS Employees and their eligible family members have access to a wide array of employee benefits, such as medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage. Employees have access to disability and AD&D insurance. We also offer health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts, as well as health savings accounts, to eligible employees. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan and employer-funded retirement plan. Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Deliver Exceptional Member Service: Be the face of BECU, ensuring members receive outstanding support through remote and in-person channels.Resolve Escalated Issues: Step in to manage challenging member concerns, ensuring satisfaction and lasting solutions.Coach and Mentor: Empower your team by offering guidance, feedback, and support to build their skills and confidence.Optimize Workflow: Partner with managers to identify process improvements and monitor team efficiency, ensuring smooth operations.Enhance Services: Recommend and implement enhancements to products, procedures, and workflows to provide top-notch service.Support Team Goals: Collaborate with leadership to ensure the team meets sales, service, and quality objectives while managing resources effectively.Analyze and Report: Create and maintain departmental reports, providing insights to drive performance and decision-making.Manage Authorizations: Maintain signing authority for key transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.Promote Communication: Act as a liaison to foster open communication between team members and other departments, aligning with organizational goals.Adapt and Innovate: Embrace change and lead your team through evolving processes and objectives.Ensure Quality Control: Monitor department controls, conduct audits, and take proactive steps to uphold service standards.Lead by Example: Model the behaviors and mindset that reflect BECU's mission and values, inspiring your team to do the same.This isn't just about ticking off tasks on a list.
