Job summary
The Membership Assistant is responsible for supporting membership functions including membership recruitment, annual membership renewals and member engagement within the association.

Responsibilities
• Assisting daily maintenance and integrity of the Membership database.• Responsible for company name changes, contact information updates and representative replacements.• Assist members with their PMMI.org member login information.• Help answer incoming Membership phone calls and e-mails.• Monitor the email account and forward to appropriate departments as needed.• Help with the assembly and mailing of new member welcome packets.• Assist with annual membership dues renewal mailings, follow-up e-mails and phone calls to members.• Handle all return mail updates in the Membership database.• Assist with special projects including rolling Member Census, including updates.• Compare and maintain weekly Membership numbers and track changes.• Aide Industry Services as needed with any projects.• Support Membership Coordinator and Vice President, Member Services• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree.• 0-3 years of experience.• High level of attention to detail and accuracy and problem-solving skills.• Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of management.• Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.• Dedicated work ethic and team player.• Excellent written and oral communication skills.• Must possess excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).• Able to balance several projects at once and thrive in a fast-paced environment.• Must be able to travel occasionally.
