The Building Industry Association of the Red River Valley (formerly Home Builders Association of Fargo-Moorhead) seeks a Membership Development Coordinator . The Membership Development Coordinator's primary responsibilities are to work with a team of volunteers to recruit and retain members for the Association coordinate member networking events (like Happy Hours and a clay shoot competition) and assist in marketing/selling BIA-RRV sponsorships, advertising and other services. The successful candidate must familiarize themselves with BIA-RRV's affiliated organizations, including the F-M Home Builders Health Plan and Trust, as well as our charity, Home Builders Care of F-M Foundation. This understanding will be essential for effectively marketing and selling the Association's services. This full-time position includes a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and retirement with room for professional growth and development. Compensation is salary plus incentives.
