The Membership Specialist delivers unparalleled hospitality, fosters strong guest relations, and manages an exclusive membership program. He/She serves as the primary point of contact for members and guests and ensures a welcoming and personalized experience. The Membership Specialist responds to membership inquiries, renewals, and upgrades with a proactive and customer-focused approach. He/She possesses a passion for creating extraordinary experiences, an eye for detail, and the ability to cater to the discerning tastes of our high-end clientele. Job Responsibilities Guest Relations and Concierge ServicesAnticipate and address member needs, providing tailored recommendations for cigars, pairings, and servicesCoordinate and manage guest reservations, private events, and special requests with professionalism and efficiencyDevelop and maintain strong relationships with members to enhance loyalty and engagement Membership ManagementOnboard new members, ensuring a seamless introduction to the lounge's amenities, benefits, and policiesMaintain accurate membership records and ensure timely communication regarding benefits, events, and updatesCurate and implement member-exclusive events and experiences, fostering a sense of community and exclusivity Hospitality and Brand RepresentationEmbody the sophistication and standards of a luxury brand through polished communication, appearance, and demeanorCollaborate with the lounge team to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional serviceProvide product knowledge and recommendations, staying up to date on cigar trends, pairings, and offeringsHandle member and guest feedback with discretion, resolving concerns promptly and effectively Administrative and Operational SupportAssist in the development of marketing materials, newsletters, and communications related to the membership programPartner with management to strategize and implement initiatives to attract and retain membersTrack and report on membership metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred2+ years of proven experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, or membership managementMust be highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks efficientlyMust have foundational analytical skills; must be proficient in running and interpreting sales data reports to make informed decisionsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with high-profile clienteleExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsKnowledge of cigars, beverages, and luxury lifestyle is highly preferredProficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysisProficiency in CRM or membership management software is a plusAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch environmentAbility to lift and carry heavy bottles, trays and other equipmentAbility to stand for long periods of timeMust be 21 years of age or older Compensation, Comprehensive Benefits Package. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills. https://www.youtube.com/c/valuetainment Valuetainment is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
