Our valued client in the Heart of Arizona is looking to add talented Mental Health Professionals to their team as soon as April 2024 As a Mental Health Professional, you will be responsible for presenting relevant findings related to mental status and patient risk, preparing comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments, and developing treatment plans. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate psychosocial treatment issues related to patient care. Present relevant findings regarding mental status and patient risk in an acute environment. Prepare comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments, mental status exams, treatment plans, and other clinical reports. Provide individual treatment and crisis intervention services. Facilitate therapeutic and psycho-educational group treatment sessions. Conduct short-term, solution-focused therapy with the use of treatment plans, goals, and objectives. Develop treatment plans for patients with serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders. Maintain familiarity with mental health diagnoses according to the International Classification of Diseases (ICD) and Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM). Coordinate treatment, courts, and community providers for continuity of care. Be flexible to float across all clinic locations as needed, unless specialized skills are required. Follow all policies, procedures, and security regulations. Provide healthcare services within scope of practice, following applicable guidelines, statutes, standards, and regulations. Uphold the code of ethics associated with clinical specialty, license, or certification. Comply with client policies and procedures, acting as a patient advocate to preserve autonomy, confidentiality, and dignity. Ensure timely completion of clinical documentation in EMR system. Must commit to 4 shifts per 28-day period Requirements Proof of graduation with a master's degree in behavioral health, social services, or a related field, supported by a copy of diploma/transcripts. Possession of a current, valid, unrestricted license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) issued by the Arizona State Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
