ResponsibilitiesPerform a wide variety of duties: assist and supervise personal cares, individual and group activities, activities of daily living, etc., under the supervision of Registered Nurse and Therapist Bathe dress/undress patient, assist with personal hygiene Serve and collect food trays.
Assist with patient feeding Assist patient in ambulating Take and record vital signs, weights and I & O Pass and collect bed pan Change bed linen Provide encouragement, support and comfort to patient and family member Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation system Perform any and all other duties assigned QualificationsJob Requirements
Previous mental health work experience in an acute care facility
Customer service ability including effective listening skills Preferred Job Requirements
High School Graduate or equivalent
