Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Remote Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a remote therapist, you will provide mental health support and counseling to clients via telehealth platforms. Your role will involve assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions in a virtual setting.
Responsibilities: Conduct virtual therapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms.Assess and diagnose mental health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and support to clients.Maintain accurate and confidential client records.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed.Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in mental health care.Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities. Qualifications: Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.Current and valid licensure in your state (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.).Proven experience in providing individual and/or group therapy.Strong understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using telehealth technology and platforms.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Preferred: Experience in a remote therapy setting.Additional certifications or training in specialized therapeutic techniques.
