Job Summary The Therapist is responsible for clinical services provided to children, adolescents and/or adults, as assigned. The clinician is held accountable for all related clinical, administrative, and Quality and Compliance responsibilities.
Essential Responsibilities and Metrics Provides Therapy, Counseling and Crisis Intervention to Clients and their Families (Provides high quality service and maintains direct service hours per month of 60% for advanced clinicians and 56% for others)Creates IMCANS (IATP) Assessment, modifies and reviews as neededUpdates and records IATP in CIS as needed and ensures updates are completed prior to six months due dateCase managementClient centered consultation with community providersAttendance and participation at clinical presentationsUse of supervision or consultation when required or neededProvide clinical supervision to student internProvide timely completion of Level of Care Utilization System (LOCUS) (for adults)Provide timely completion of Columbia and Ohio Scales (for children)Compliance with all Policy and ProceduresMaintain productivity goals as determined by supervisorBe responsive to the business office regarding client fees/paymentsParticipate in Accreditation and Certification processes as directedParticipate in Committee Work as directedParticipate in Strategic Planning as appropriateParticipate in Community Related Services as appropriateRepresent the agency with integrity Qualifications Clinically related graduate degree, LPC,LSW requiredThree professional references that reflect ability to perform clinical work1 Year of post Master's degree Mental Health experience required IND1
