MEP Superintendent - Critical Facilities Our client, a leader in the construction industry, is seeking a highly experienced MEP Superintendent to oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in mission-critical facilities. This role involves leading and coordinating all aspects of MEP installations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate with project teams, including engineers, contractors, and vendors, to ensure seamless execution of MEP systems. Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for MEP components of the project. Ensure the successful integration of MEP systems into the overall construction process. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety protocols. Resolve any on-site issues that may arise, related to MEP installations, by working closely with the project management team. Maintain detailed documentation of all MEP activities, changes, and approvals. Skill Set: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or completion of a relevant technical/trades school program, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience. A minimum of 8-10 years of proven experience in managing MEP systems within mission-critical environments, such as data centers, hospitals, or other high-stakes facilities. Proven track record of collaborating with top builders on high-stakes ventures, with a strong preference for candidates who have navigated the intricate world of data center construction. Strong understanding of MEP systems integration within complex, large-scale construction projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines while maintaining a commitment to quality and safety. Familiarity with the latest industry standards and best practices for mission-critical MEP systems preferred. Experience in managing large-scale projects with a focus on data centers or other similar mission-critical environments highly desirable.
