Pinetop Country Club is seeking a highly motivated Merchandise Manager that works well in a team environment and strives to meet above standards in all aspects of the operations. The Merchandise Manager will work in tandem with the Professional Golf Staff to enhance the Member and Guest experience at Pinetop Country Club.
Experience RequiredMinimum Qualifications: High School Education or its equivalentSix months to one year of related experience and/or trainingStrong work ethicPhysical Requirements & Other Qualifications:Must be able to lift up to 40 lbsFrequent bending, turning, kneeling, and standing for long periods of timeComputer skills with Jonas Point of Sale (POS) system and Microsoft applicationsAbility to multi-task; answer phones, greet members, and answer questionsKey Responsibilities:Provides exceptional customer service by providing information in a professional mannerAssist with special orders for all members and guestsAssist with rotating stock, keeping displays clean and orderly and creating appealing displaysAssist with monthly inventoryAssist with receiving and pricing of merchandiseCheck out members and guest purchases and other transactionsAssist with tee times in ForeTees and answering phone calls when neededPerform related duties as assigned by the Head Golf Professional and/or Merchandise Management TeamAcknowledge members and guests upon entrance into the Golf ShopAble to work a flexible schedule including weekends, early mornings, and occasional evenings during events and holidaysThis job description is not an exclusive or exhaustive list of all job functions that an associate in this position may be asked to perform from time to time.
