The Merchant helps to develop and drive a category of business's strategies and seasonal assortment plans based on customer knowledge and market understanding.They critically evaluate the assortment and react to in-season performance/trends.The Merchant collaborates with cross-functional teams and supports training within the company.

Responsibilities

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or relevant area.• 3-5 years of merchandising or relevant experience.• Strong understanding of vertically integrated retail operations.• Broad-based business acumen with potential for growth.• High intelligence, analytical thinking, and strategic skills.• Sense of brand and customer intimacy.• Fashion sense with talent in envisioning and interpreting trends.• Conflict management and problem-solving skills.• Ability to enhance cooperative working relationships.• Strong organizational skills, multitasking, and prioritization.• Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.• Leadership and inspiring qualities with integrity and trust.• Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
