**We are looking for a MES Engineer.**The MES Engineer is essential in transforming human-driven business processes into automated, data-driven systems. Reporting to the manager, this role focuses on enhancing manufacturing efficiency and productivity by supporting the implementation of MES solutions. The engineer will ensure the reliability and accuracy of these systems, facilitate training for users, and collaborate with stakeholders to eliminate non-value-added activities. By leveraging innovative technologies and driving continuous improvement, the MES Engineer will contribute to a more effective and results-oriented work environment.Key Responsibilities:- _Support, coordinate, and administer MES-based processes, solutions, and functions in accordance with the established implementation plan._- _Organize and facilitate training sessions for Super Users and End Users to ensure effective system utilization._- _Coordinate activities with MES suppliers to ensure the provision of comprehensive functional and process documentation._- _Implement job documentation in collaboration with Key Users, including the development of a skills matrix._- _Propose technical concepts for projects and verify their technical feasibility._- _Implement and support solutions related to dashboards, reporting, and data analysis._- _Monitor systems, including business processes, interfaces, and solutions, to ensure optimal performance._- _Address and resolve daily operational challenges effectively._- _Act as a technical consultant to local MES departments, providing expertise and guidance._- _Collaborate with other departments responsible for data processing, such as Data Science, to enhance data integration and utilization._Key Result Areas:- Achieve operational efficiency through data-driven modules.- Prepare processes for future generations of operational excellence.Qualifications:University Degree in Engineering, Automation, or Mechatronic.1-3 years of experience working within a manufacturing environment.Must be detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.Must be available and able to travel occasionally.Must be able to pass drug screening and background checks.**Experience**:Experience in integrating MES with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, preferably SAP (desirable)Experience with BI software such as Power BiKnowledge:Strong understanding of modern manufacturing principles (TPM, Lean).Proficient in problem-solving tools (8D, Fishbone, Why-Why) and financial/commercial aspectsTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- Cúentas con ingles conversacional?- Cuentas con Visa/Pasaporte?Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
