Compensation: $120,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

Champion safety and environmental compliance within the workplace, conducting daily safety checks and leading by example.

Oversee all aspects of personnel management in the Melt and RMSB departments, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Act as the primary liaison for maintenance and engineering, ensuring seamless operations and timely maintenance.

Maintain rigorous quality controls and documentation in alignment with ISO 9000 standards and manage continuous improvements through procedural adjustments and trial analysis.

What You Bring:

A BS degree in Chemical Engineering or Materials Science, coupled with at least 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience.

Proven leadership abilities with strong organizational skills and a track record of effective team management.

Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

A dynamic self-starter attitude, capable of multitasking and driving innovative solutions with minimal supervision.
