Job Description/Duties Michael Sullivan & Associates LLP is seeking several attorneys in the areas of employment law and workers compensation.
Job Criteria Must have a well-established and exclusive employment litigation, defense backgroundSchool district defense experience requiredTrial experience preferred, but not requiredExperience with public entity defense a plusMust have knowledge of class/PAGA inclusiveBachelor's and Juris Doctor degreesMember, State Bar of California in good standingSuperior research, analytical, and negotiating abilityExcellent written and oral communicationCommitment to proactive case managementSalary Range/Hourly Rate $150,000 - $220,000
