UDig is seeking a seasoned Microservices Architect with a strong cloud background, particularly in Azure and Java Spring Boot, to join our client's Integration Team. This role is pivotal in driving the overarching architecture and strategy across multiple workstreams.

Your Key Responsibilities: Define, design, and guide the implementation of microservices architectures across various workstreams within the Integration Team.Leverage your deep expertise in Azure to design cloud-native solutions, ensuring scalability, resilience, and security.Work closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to align architectural goals with business objectives.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, ensuring adherence to best practices in microservices design and cloud deployment.Identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring that microservices are optimized for scalability and efficiency.Stay ahead of industry trends, continually improving the architecture to incorporate new technologies and methodologies.Establish and enforce standards for microservices architecture, including API design, security, and monitoring.Maintain comprehensive architectural documentation and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.What You'll Need: Core Competencies:
Deep knowledge of microservices architecture, cloud technologies, and enterprise-scale systems.Ability to design architectures that align with long-term business goals while addressing immediate technical challenges.Proven experience in leading technical teams and driving architectural decisions across multiple projects.Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders.Adept at identifying root causes of complex issues and providing strategic solutions.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and evolving requirements.Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on microservices and cloud technologies.Must be based in the greater Nashville area and available to come into the office in Brentwood 2-3 days a week.Are You Ready to Make an Impact?
