Job Title: Microsoft Excel Instructor

Job Type: Part-Time

Duties: Conduct five live Microsoft Excel training sessions (totaling approximately 40 hours) for up to 20 participants per session.
Use a mix of interactive discussions, hands-on exercises, and presentations to cover Excel topics ranging from basic to advanced levels (Level 1 to Level 3).
Provide comprehensive course materials, including presentation slides, handouts, and additional resources necessary to support learning objectives.
Ensure participants have access to the training sessions and provide necessary technical support for smooth online delivery.
Coordinate the training schedule in alignment with the program's timeline and address participant learning needs effectively.
Requirements: Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Expert certification in Excel or equivalent certification is required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering Excel training, particularly in a virtual environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to use audiovisual aids and online training platforms effectively.
Experience in a military or federal setting is preferred.
