Responsibilities
• Support development of Agency's reporting infrastructure• Collaborate with business area stakeholders to develop, design, and test business solutions• Assist in the analysis, implementation, and evaluation of current and proposed business initiatives• Execute planned data analysis• Develop and produce ad-hoc and routine reports, dashboards, and data visualizations• Confer with users to determine problems, resolutions, and requirements for data initiatives• Ensure all products adhere to best practices, agency guidelines and Section 508 Accessibility standards• Conduct reviews and audits• Prepare clear requirements documentation, user and system manuals, use cases, test cases, or other technical documents
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years' experience in business solution development• Demonstrated experience using the basic tools in MPP• Understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter and YouTube• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills• Outstanding customer service skills• Self-starter with attention to detail• Microsoft PL-900 certification is preferred• Experience using Adobe CQ and SharePoint 2007/2013 is preferred• Must hold a current Federal Public Trust clearance
