Our client, a top AmLaw 50 national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Mid-Level Project Finance Associate Attorney to join their Finance Practice Group and Energy Sector (link removed) This position is available in Houston, Los Angeles, Madison, Milwaukee, New York, or Washington, DC (link removed)>
Candidate Profile:
JD from an ABA approved law school with a strong academic record.
Bar admission in Texas, New York, or another relevant jurisdiction, as applicable, in good standing (link removed)>
3-5 years of substantive renewable energy transactional experience (link removed)>
Experience in renewable energy project finance, tax credit transactions , and renewable energy due diligence matters (link removed)>
Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents, including credit agreements and tax equity documents.
Strong ability to review project documents, manage subject-matter specialist reviews, and close transactions.
Large law firm experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal services in renewable energy project finance and tax credit transactions.
Draft and negotiate complex transaction documents, such as credit agreements and tax equity documents.
Collaborate with a dynamic and growing team to advance the long-term strategic objectives of the Energy Sector.
Manage due diligence and oversee the closing of complex renewable energy transactions.
