We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Mid-Market Account Executive to join our sales team.
As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities within the mid-market segment.
You will manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
* Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging presentations to showcase the value of our solutions.
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within mid-sized businesses.
* Sales Process Management: Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and update CRM systems to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
* Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Customer Success: Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction of new clients.
* Market Feedback: Gather and relay market feedback to the product and marketing teams to help refine our offerings.
Qualifications:
* Experience: 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment with a focus on mid-market accounts.
* Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
* Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

What we offer:
* Based on California pay transparency law, the annual salary range for this position is $90,000 - $140,000.
Your actual base salary and level will be determined on a case by case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education and location.
