We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a strong work ethic to support Department of Defense (DoD) programs and projects. The position requires over 3 years of experience in Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and analysis. Successful candidates will have excellent communication and analytical skills in addition to the following skills/experience.
ResponsibilitiesPlanning, developing, maintaining, analyzing and presenting integrated project schedules in a Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition program.Performing schedule risk assessments, analysis of schedule variance, evaluation of schedule progress against the plan, critical path analysis, and evaluation of contractor's written reports.Schedule estimating, substantiation of confidence level generation, schedule/prediction analysis, performance measurement (earned value) and project forecasting.Daily interface with Government personnel.Skills RequiredBachelors Degree required, preferably in mathematics, statistics, engineering, economics, or business.Over 3 years of relevant experience in scheduling and/or schedule analysis.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).Proficiency in MS Project Add-Ins (Milestones Pro).Knowledge of DoD acquisition processes, regulations, and best practices pertaining to schedule development and analysis; experience with Agile software programs preferred.Analyzing critical path, schedule variance, schedule performance, and schedule risk/uncertainty analysis.Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development with MIL-STD-881 background.Salary range: $65K-$110K, depending on years of relevant experience.EducationBachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
