Job Description:

The Mid System Administrator focusing on ICAM will be responsible for the administration, maintenance and support of ICAM systems and services.
This includes managing user identities, credentials, and access controls to ensure secure access to Govt.
systems and data, to include providing technical support to users and stakeholders.
The System Administrator will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating system workstations and servers, including web servers, to support business processing requirements.
This role involves performing software installations and upgrades to both operating systems and layered software packages.

Collaborate with security teams to ensure alignment and compliance with federal regulations and FBI policies and best practices, to include support for security certification and accreditation.
Provide support, training and guidance to end users regarding access and identity management.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and servers, ensuring they meet business processing needs.
Schedule and execute installations and upgrades, adhering to established IT policies and procedures.
Monitor system performance and optimize configurations to achieve maximum efficiency and performance levels.Ensure the integrity of workstation/server data by evaluating, implementing, and managing appropriate software and hardware solutions.
Implement a comprehensive backup schedule and database archive operations to guarantee data/media recoverability.
Develop and promote standard operating procedures for system operations.
Conduct routine hardware and software audits of workstations and servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.
Maintain a comprehensive database/library documenting hardware and software configurations, including all supporting documentation.
