Mill Operations Laborer

Join a fast-paced and essential project supporting mill operations at our client's mine site near Fairbanks. We are seeking Mill Operations laborers for an onsite project to assist the team for a 5-week period. You will play a critical role in maintaining a safe, efficient, and clean work environment, collaborating closely with the dedicated operations team.
Scope of Work:
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
General Site Cleanup: Removing debris, sweeping, and cleaning equipmentSafety Maintenance: Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of work areasTeam Support: Assisting the operations team with various tasks as needed Schedule and Duration: Length of Project: 5 weeksWork Hours: 12-hour shifts, days and nights Qualifications and Requirements: Immediate Availability: Must be ready to start right away.Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods. Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the US without work visa sponsorship. Tools and Equipment: No specialized tools are required for this role.
