Responsibilities
• Fabricate doors according to customer requirements and company standards• Improve value streams with production teams• Operate machinery and maintain safety standards• Maintain a clean and safe working environment• Assist customers and sales team• Hang/install doors as needed• Adhere to company policies and procedures• Perform other duties as required
Requirements
• Effective written and verbal communication skills• Practical math and measuring skills• Ability to work effectively in a production team• Achieve performance objectives in a time-sensitive and quality-centered environment• Demonstrate initiative and reliability• High school diploma or GED• 2-3 years experience in a relevant field preferred• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
