Bradley, FLHousing and relocation can be provided for qualified candidates.TermSeptember 3 to December 20, 2024Full time Co-Op/Internship. 36-40 hrs a week on site.What you'll do?Day to day work assignments could include:Assignments will involve learning all aspects of working at a site including Mine Planning, Operations Optimization, Quality Control, Mapping and more.Communicate with various levels of personnel throughout the organization, including management, mine operators, engineers (of various disciplines), lab personnel, and contractorsParticipation in department meetings and meetings specific to the project assignmentAdhering to Mosaic's mission, guiding principles and priorities, and key competenciesWhat you'll need:Junior level or higher pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or Geology2.75 GPA or higherAbility to function in an industrial chemical and mining environment1-2 years of experience volunteering, working with student/school organizations, or work is requiredPrevious internship or co-op experience is preferredReliable transportation and valid driver's license - You will need to be able to travel to and from sites and/or office.Basic computer skills are requiredExperience working in a team environment is a mustFamiliarity with an industrial environment is highly desirableEffective verbal communication skills is a plusPhysical work environment is occasionally outdoors with exposure to varying degrees of hot and cold environmentsThe physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the functions of this job.
