Echo Community is seeking a full-time Missionary Team Director (MTD) to join our staff. Reporting to and working closely with the Managing Director, the MTD will manage recruiting, lead missionary formation, oversee team development dynamics, supervise mission team calendar, and train missionaries for individual and team outreach. The MTD will collaborate closely with the Young Adult Outreach (YAO) Director.
