Seeking a Mitigation Project Manager to lead a team of techniciansResponsible for training and preparing technicians for advancement within the companyRequires a minimum of 2 years of experience working with fire, water, and mold losses
Job seniority: associate level
Responsibilities
• Oversee residential projects with occasional small commercial losses• Dispatch technicians 24/7 and be onsite for very large losses• Lead and train technicians to handle any challenges that arise
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with fire, water, and mold losses• Certifications in WRT, CDS, ASD, AMRT, FSRT, OCT, RRT, and TCST are a bonus• Experience leading a team of 5 or more technicians, leadership or teaching experience, volunteering experience, or prior work experience in health care, senior living, or Church work are a bonus
Key Skills Needed
• Mitigation experience• Ability to complete a loss with no supervision• Training skills
