JOB SUMMARY Performs routine laboratory tests in various sections of the laboratory.
Qualifications Minimum Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree preferred.
Licensing:
Graduate of a Program that meets licensing requirements for the State of Tennessee MLT role required.
Required Skills:
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Certifications:
AHA Basic Life Support (BLS), preferred.
Licenses:
License as Medical Laboratory Technician in the State of Tennessee required.
