GENERAL SUMMARY:The Psychotherapist's primary role as a part of the Crisis Team, is to complete screenings for individuals in various stages of psychiatric crises, provide de-escalation and stabilization interventions, and assess for disposition and aftercare recommendations on a rotating, "on-call" schedule, but they will have additional clinical responsibilities in the Outpatient Behavioral Health Program.
They will carry a caseload of longer term therapy clients and may become involved in other opportunities of interest in the Behavioral Health Program.
