Mobile Ultrasound Technologist

*Job Summary:*Join our dynamic team as a Mobile Ultrasound Technologist! You will provide high-quality ultrasound imaging services at a variety of facilities and patient homes. Your role will involve ensuring accuracy in patient orders, demographics, and insurance paperwork while fostering positive relationships with facility staff and delivering exceptional patient care.*Education & Certification:** Associate's Degree in Ultrasound Technology or related field* Valid ARDMS license/AART/CCI* UI Certifications*Required Skills & Experience:** Valid state ultrasound technologist license* Current driver's license* Strong multitasking and prioritization skills* Excellent problem-solving abilities* Proficiency with computers* Ability to work in diverse weather conditions* Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship-building with facility staff* Capability to work independently* Professional demeanor with a compassionate approach to patient care*Environmental & Working Conditions:** Travel to various locations for ultrasound services* Potential for overtime or on-call shifts during nights and weekends* Possible entry through x-ray scanners at facilities*Physical Demands:** Ability to drive to various locations for exams* Capability to handle ultrasound equipment and assist with patient mobility as needed*Essential Functions:** Present ultrasound images and preliminary findings to healthcare teams and radiologists* Maintain accurate patient records and medical notes for procedures* Uphold patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines* Maintain and manage ultrasound equipment and vehicle* Explain procedures to patients and address their questions* Capture comprehensive images from all required angles and sections* Evaluate and interpret image quality* Retrieve and upload patient paperwork into the software system*Additional Responsibilities:** Adhere to Mobile Images Policy and Procedure Manual and Compliance Manual, upholding company values* Assist with training new employees as requestedIf you are a dedicated professional with a passion for patient care and excellent ultrasound skills, we invite you to apply and join our team!
