**10 hour Nights Opening** **Sunday-Wednesday 8:30pm-6:30am** Serigraph is seeking a Molding / Machine Operator to operate an injection molding machine after set-ups are completed. The Molding Operator is responsible for assisting with set-up and adjustments, position appliques, cycle press and removing molded parts, clear knock-out pins to ensure proper action. In addition, the Molding Operator will work closely with other shifts to determine specific instructions, irregularities, and status of job currently on press.
\n Molding / Machine Operator ResponsibilitiesMeet predetermined productivity and quality standards.Press set-up including making sure the mold is cleaned and resin is ready.Press tear-down including preparing the press and cell for next job. Change over the dryer if needed.Perform preventive maintenance checks on equipment.Coordinate with the operator on previous and following shift including specific instructions, irregularities and status of the job currently on press.Properly record all necessary information in labor reporting system, quality forms, job ticket and move tags.Load/remove appliqués from the press.Focus on sustainability including recycling, saving energy, reducing waste and scrap with good process control.
