Mortgage Loan Officer

Insight Global is hiring a Loan Officer for one of our top Mortgage Lending clients.
You will work directly with homebuying customers across their divisions and will be responsible to guide new home purchasers through the entire loan process from application, approval, to settlement.
You will also prequalify prospective buyers, review financing options, and assist in repairing credit-challenged purchasers as needed.
Additionally, you will also serve as the primary point of contact for homebuyers throughout the home buying process.
This position is based on-site in our community model homes and our mortgage offices.

Responsibilities include:
- Be knowledgeable on all available loan programs offered, as well as broker offerings, to compete with lenders to earn each customers business
- Originate high quality loan applications and submit to the processing department along with all supporting documentation
- Positively impact the customer experience, while maintaining weekly contact with all borrowers, brokers, Mortgage staff, and Homebuilding partners to answer questions regarding specific loans, share loan status, and build relationships
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with the Homebuilding Sales team to support the monthly sales goals of each community
- Educate sales team members on industry changes and new product offerings
Provide excellent service to the builder and homebuyer while meeting yearly performance goals
Pay range between $90,000-$100,000 for the first 6-months, then $1,625 per loan closed (approx.
90-110 loans closed per officer)
