Position General Responsibilities:
This position is primarily responsible for assisting with daily operational needs in the Mortgage Servicing Department (MSD).
This positon is responsible for extensive correspondence with customers and personnel at other locations via phone, mail, fax, and e-mail.
Duties and projects will vary as this position is developed.
Some examples include but are not limited to: customer mailings/handouts, processing daily mail, assisting co-workers with processing of insurance dec pages, payoffs, reviewing/paying escrows, etc.
This is an entry-level position with the expectation that sufficient knowledge will be acquired to support the day-to-day Mortgage Servicing functions.
Initially, this position will work closely with MSD management to develop the skills necessary to assist the MSD team with many functions of the department.

High School diploma or equivalency.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous mortgage servicing or professional office experience.
Strong computer knowledge and program skills including Microsoft Office Suite and other Bank related software.
General:
Provide exemplary customer service by responding to customer calls and emails on questions regarding their serviced loans.
Opening and sorting of daily mail.
Daily monitoring of loan posting activity, loan file maintenance, and loan accounting.
Quoting loan payoffs for serviced residential real estate loans using prepared/documented forms.
Process loan payoffs, remitting to investors and preparing lien release requests and other cancellations as needed and archiving files for required retention period.
Generating and analyzing various service loan reports.
Other duties as assigned.
