Responsibilities
• Use floor time effectively to meet customer needs and fit them to the appropriate motorcycle• Take customers on test rides (Demo Rides)• Present the features & benefits of the dealership• Maintain showroom log entries in the CRM System• Introduce customers to the Assistant Sales Manager (ASM)• Ensure in dealership experience is positive• Handle telephone transactions quickly and courteously• Conduct pre-delivery inspection prior to delivery to customer• Handle customer complaints reasonably and show commitment to customer satisfaction• Cultivate prospects and encourage additional sales
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, not required• Passion for Harley-Davidson Motorcycles• Must have a current motorcycle license or have the desire to get one• Must have the ability to get along with a broad customer base• High energy level• Excellent communication skills• Knowledge and experience with Harley-Davidson motorcycles• Must be able to work effectively with all areas of the dealership
