Job Category: Team Representative (Part-Time) Job Description: In this role, you are part of a team providing excellent customer service to Caring Transition customers in Mill Creek, WA, and the surrounding areas. Within a customer's house, you would be responsible for sorting, organizing, taking photos for online auctions, boxing items for pick up and shipping, and other similar activities. This is a great opportunity for retirees, stay-at-home caregivers, and others who are looking to make extra cash while helping others and want a flexible schedule. Roles and Responsibilities: Work within a defined territory to identify and develop potential partners/clients. Identify and secure referral sources based on market needs and trends. Actively pursue sales partnerships and contact lead sources by email, phone, and in-person with local travel. Increased brand awareness in the marketplace, implement market growth strategies, create Business Development plans, achieve quarterly sales objectives. Provide comprehensive reporting to the owner. Update customer management system based on referral partner interactions Support and utilize sales tools such as branded materials, social media, sales development training and webinars, and event-driven Email campaigns. Qualifications & Skills: High School diploma or equivalent training required Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills Outstanding customer service, organizational, written, verbal and communication skills are requirements of this role Physical/Environmental Requirements: Frequent lifting, moving, climbing occasionally, transporting, placing and removing household items for staging, liquidation, donation and resettling Walking and/or standing in varying weather environments Local candidates only
