About The Position **Job Title:** MRI Technologist **Job Specialty:** MRI **Job Duration:** 13 Weeks **Shift:** 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM **Guaranteed Hours:** 40 **Experience:** 5 years of experience in a hospital setting as an MRI technologist **License:** Formal AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology **Certifications:** - ARRT - BLS (AHA) - Venipuncture Certification (must be willing to obtain) **Must-Have:** - Toshiba and Cerner experience (preferred) - Travel experience (preferred) - Flu vaccination (please include vaccination status in submission notes) - Skills checklist specific to the discipline (within the last year) - Two supervisory references from the last two years of employment **Job Description:** - Perform duties involving a variety of technical procedures related to Magnetic Resonance Imaging. - Work independently, performing MRI procedures with independent judgment and initiative. - Ensure comprehensive understanding and adherence to MRI safety protocols. - Carry out tasks under the direction of the Director of Radiology.
