Responsibilities: Perform MRI examinations and procedures according to physician orders. Operate and maintain MRI equipment. Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process. Assist in image interpretation and analysis. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Qualifications: ARRT certification required BLS and ACLS certifications required Experience with MRI equipment preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development Relocation assistance available (if applicable) Additional Information: Patient Types: Our imaging department sees a diverse patient population with various diagnoses, including cardiac, trauma, and abdominal. Required Certifications: BLS and ACLS are required for procedural areas such as IR and Cath/EP. Skills Required: IV skills, chest tube maintenance, triage, wound care, ability to read/interpret rhythm strips, central line care, and more. Support on the Unit: We have a supportive team, including CNAs, a receptionist, a charge nurse, and a phlebotomy team. Technology/Equipment: Our hospital uses Meditech for EMR, Pixis for medication dispensing, and [Monitor brand] monitors. Floating: Floating may occur to other imaging modalities as needed. Scheduling: We follow an every-other-weekend rotation.
