In this highly visible leadership role, you will oversee all MRI operations including the direct supervision of all MRI staff.
Under the direction of the Director of Diagnostic Imaging and in collaboration with the supervising Radiologist, you will ensure the technical quality of MRI exams while maintaining a patient-centered approach.

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develop and implement operating plans, policies, procedures, work methods, and performance standards.
Schedule and manage MRI staff, ensuring adherence to hospital policies and performance standards.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations in the MRI department.
Participate in decisions related to equipment upgrades and replacements.
Collaborate with the Department Director on budgeting and procurement of supplies.
Provide input on promotions, disciplinary actions, and personnel management.
Assist in performance appraisals for MRI staff and manage the department's operational needs.
Requirements: Post-secondary training in the field or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 5 years of experience.
ARRT Registration NH MIRT CPR Certified within 90 days of hire Shift: Salaried position with flexibility on days/shift (4x10hr or 5x8hr), no call or holidays currently.
