Job Title: MRI Technologist Position

Job Details: Shift: Saturdays & Sundays: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Two additional 8-hour shifts (weekday or evening based on coverage needs/cases) Total: 40 hours/week

Responsibilities: Perform MRI procedures under the clinical direction of a Radiologist and administrative supervision of the Director of Imaging Review patient medical records for history and relevant information Discuss requisition with the physician and explain the procedure to the patient Select appropriate technique/protocol for optimal scans Review scans for quality and ensure proper daily calibration of MRI equipment Report any equipment issues to service personnel Provide instruction to hospital staff regarding MRI safety Requirements: Vaccination: Initial vaccination series is required (exemptions may be approved for religious or medical reasons) Experience: Must comply with hospital's guidelines and safety protocols
