We are seeking a highly driven and self-motivated ERP Navision Support Analyst.
The ideal candidate will have previous technical and functional experience in the areas of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC365 troubleshooting and support.
What You'll Do: Provide end-users guidance in the various modules within NAV, including General Ledger, Job Costing, Field Service Management, Purchases & Payables, Sales & Receivables, Inventory Management, and Payroll Provide end-user support for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and end of year processes and reporting Act as the content expert in all matters related to the effective use of the ERP system, by assessing and investigating to find the sources of the issue to provide solution to end-users Testing software enhancements and participate in issue resolution Deliver training Maintain and/or develop procedural documentation Lead the implementation NAV companies for new acquisitions, which includes data migration and training What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 4 years with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or BC365 working experience Experience in support of financial applications (Purchase & Payables, Sales & Receivables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Payroll and Job Costing) Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC365 Hands on experience in troubleshooting and supporting NAV Payroll, Projects, Field Service Management, Purchases & Payables, Sales & Receivables, and Inventory Management Comfortable working in Object Designer Great analytical skills to be able to asses end-user needs and provide solutions or guidance Motivated self-starter and team player Essential to have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of personnel.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written Microsoft Dynamics NAV Certifications a plus
