Right now we're working with an IT consulting company that has been in business for over 15 years.
This company provides end-to-end IT consulting services for law firms, manufacturing companies and CPA firms.
They are based in New York City with locations elsewhere on the East Coast.

This company has about 40 people on staff and they're proud of their company culture that places an emphasis on work/life balance.

This is a hybrid role where you can work from home and visit client sites in New Castle on scheduled and as-needed basis.
Day to day responsibilities include troubleshooting and ticket resolution for customers.

This is also a role where candidates that have previous experience working for an MSP/IT consulting company are given priority.

Salary is in the $55,000-$65,000 range based on experience with comprehensive benefits.


Qualifications:
Qualifications

This is a remote position, but candidates must be local to the New Castle, Delaware area. 1+ years of IT troubleshooting experience

1+ years of experience with Active Directory (account creation, deletion, password resets, group policy administration)

1+ years of experience supporting Office 365 back end administration (mailbox creation, licensing, shared mailbox permissions, etc)

1+ years of experience troubleshooting networking issues such as DNS/DHCP

1+ years of working with Connectwise ticketing system

1+ years of working for a managed services provider/IT consulting company

Exceptional communication and organizational skills
