Job Title: Critical Access Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Med-Surg Peds, Med-Surg Adult, House Supervisor, Emergency Room Nurse Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Registered Nurse (RN) License Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred Must-Have: Experience in Critical Access settings, ER, Med-Surg, and ability to function as a House Supervisor Job Description: - Provide comprehensive nursing care for pediatric through geriatric patients.- Perform thorough assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations.- Demonstrate proficiency in handling various units, including Emergency Room and Med-Surg.- Act independently and efficiently, with the capability to switch between roles.- Be flexible to cover various units and needs as required by the facility.- Utilize electronic medical records effectively; experience with EPIC preferred.- Maintain professionalism and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.- Holiday coverage is required for this position.This role demands a quick start and the ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple responsibilities.
