Job Title: Registered Nurse - Critical Access Job Specialty: Med-Surg Pediatrics and Adults, Emergency Room Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS preferred Must-Have: Ability to wear multiple hats and function independently in ER and Med/Surg settings Job Description: - Seeking an experienced Critical Access RN with expertise in ER and Med/Surg environments.- Act as House Supervisor as needed, overseeing practice of professional nursing.- Responsible for assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of pediatric through geriatric patients.- Must be flexible, adaptable, and capable of working with a small healthcare team.- Holiday coverage is required.- Proficiency in using EPIC electronic medical records system is necessary.- Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills are essential.This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and versatile healthcare setting where you can fully leverage your nursing skills.
