This position pays $18 - $23 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for commissions and bonuses. This position will require travel between properties in Westlake Village and Thousand Oaks.
Job Description:Handle all duties and tasks for two or more apartment communitiesProviding superior customer serviceAssist in complete market surveysShow, lease and move in prospective community membersUpdate unit availability dailyProcess rental applicationsProcess maintenance requestsReceive collections in accordance with Trinity's standardsClerical and phone supportMaintain all community members' files, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all file documentationMaintain a calendar of scheduled move-ins, ensuring all move-in appointments are completed, and all apartments are inspected to ensure all apartments are move-in ready to Trinity's standardsDemonstrate ability to resolve resident complaints and direct pertinent issues and matters to SupervisorConduct community member's move-out unit walksAdditional tasks or duties assigned by SupervisorSpecial Requirements:Physical Demands:The employee will be regularly required to sit; stand; walk; reach using feet, legs, back, arms and hands; talk and hear. The employee may occasionally be required to climb. The employee will be required to work at a personal computer and talk on the phone for extended periods of time. Must possess the ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms and be available to work extended/flexible hours and weekends, as needed.Attendance/Travel:This position is a full-time position and may require the availability to work some nights, weekends, and occasional holidays.
